Republic Club
If you're planning to meet someone, try sitting near the DJ booth. It seemed to be the spot where a lot of mingling happened.
I suggest checking their special events ahead of time. I went hoping for a dancing night and discovered it was a quiet lounge evening, which was a letdown.

My advice is to try the local drinks at the bar. They’re way cheaper than those imported ones and surprisingly good – I loved the Tej!

I think bringing cash is key. The card machines can be finicky, and some vendors only accept cash, which zapped my wallet a bit
Surrender Night Club

My advice is to dress smart-casual. It helps you blend in and feel comfortable. I wore flip-flops and felt out of place. Next time, I’ll definitely opt for a cooler pair of shoes!
Watch out for the hidden fees; some places add on extra charges for service unexpectedly. Check your bill carefully before paying. My friend got hit with a surprise fee here and it wasn't cool.

I recommend going on Fridays or Saturdays; that's when the vibe is lit! The place gets packed and you don't wanna miss the energy. Just make sure to arrive around 9 PM for the best atmosphere.

You might wanna try the local drinks! They’re much cheaper compared to the imported ones, plus you get a tast of Ethiopian culture. I ordered an amazing honey wine for under 5 bucks!
Jubilee Lounge
Club H2O

I suggest getting there around 10 PM to beat the crowds. The vibe is more chill at that hour, and you can grab a good spot to enjoy the music without feeling rushed.
My advice is to check out the drink specials—they do promotions on certain nights which can save you a good amount. I missed out on a couple of deals that could’ve helped my wallet.
i really loved the music selection, but i think you should ask the dj if they can play your favorite tracks. they’re pretty chill and might just play it if they have it
