Waterski & Wakeboard Hamburg

I think the early afternoon is the best time to hit the water, around 2 PM. The sun is still shining, and the water felt amazing with fewer people around.

I suggest getting there on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds. It was way more chill when I visited on a Tuesday, and I even got longer sessions!
Wet & Wild Waterskiing Velten

I suggest getting there around 10 AM when they open. The crowds are way lighter, and you can make the most out of your time on the water before things get busy!

If you're not a pro at wakeboarding, don’t be shy to ask the staff for tips. They were super helpful and made my first-time experience a lot more enjoyable!

Bring your own towels and sunscreen. Rentals can be pricey and the sun is no joke – I forgot mine and ended up paying way more for a simple bottle at the shop.
Wasserski + Wakeboarding Mannheim

I recommend booking your session online ahead of time, especially on weekends. It saves a lot of hassle when it comes to waiting in line.

i think it's worth considering a combo pass if you plan to wakeboard and try waterskiing. it's a better deal than paying for each separately.

My advice is to bring your own refreshments and snacks, as the food options there can be a bit pricey and limited.

If you're new to wakeboarding, try to attend a morning session around 10 AM when the water is calmest. It made a huge difference for me!
Alexander Waske Tennis-University
Skitechnikschule Oberstdorf

I suggest booking your equipment online in advance to save time and avoid the rush at the school. It can get pretty crowded on weekends!

If you’re planning on taking lessons, go for the afternoon sessions, like around 1 PM. Mornings were packed, and I ended up missing out on some valuable tips.

I think you should check out the nearby eateries; they’re way more affordable than the ones right by the school. Plus, you get to enjoy local flavors!

My advice is to try and join some local events or classes. I made some great friends and learned a few new tricks that aren't in the manuals.
SUP Club Stade

I suggest checking the weather ahead of time! If it’s too windy, some rental options might not be available, saving you the hassle of a wasted trip
Ski & Snowboardschule Top

Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle – you can fill it up for free! Water is surprisingly expensiv on the slopes, so save some euros!
If you're new to skiing or snowboarding, I recommend booking a private lesson instead of a group one. It feels more personalized and you get to learn at your own pace. Trust me, it’s worth the extra cash!

They offer rental equipment, but I suggest checking online for discounts before you go. I found a promo code which saved me a good chunk of change.

Most reviews say to avoid weekends if you can. I went on a Saturday and the crowds were crazy! Weekdays are a lot more chill, so try to go then.
SportScheck Berg + Ski

i suggest bringing your own snacks to save money. the food at the cafe is nice, but it can get pricey, and i ended up spending way more than planned.

If you're renting equipment, go right after they open at 9 AM to avoid the long lines. Trust me, I saved a ton of time this way!
Kiten-Lernen.De

My advice is to rent your gear for a couple of days instead of just one... It saved me money, plus I got to practice more without feeling rushed... Just check for package deals!
