Nafplio Port

I recommend walking along the waterfront to watch the sunset. It gets super crowded later in the evening, but the views are worth it! Bring your camera!

My advice is to visit Nafplio Port in the early morning around 8 AM. You'll avoid crowds and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with less noise from the boats.

I suggest asking the locals for the best spots to eat. Some touristy places can be pricey and not as good as hidden gems the locals love.

My experience was that the public restrooms near the port can get messy quickly, so I suggest visiting the ones in nearby cafes instead. Clean and free!
Santorini Horse Riding
Navagio Beach

I think the boat tours are the best way to see Navagio Beach, but I recommend booking in advance to avoid long lines. We saw people waiting for hours!

I recommend wearing sturdy sandals if you're exploring the cliffs. I slipped in my flip-flops and it wasn’t fun. A little extra grip goes a long way!

I suggest visiting around 3 PM. The sun starts to set and the lighting is just perfect for photos! Plus it’s less crowded than earlier in the day.
Spinalonga Fortress

Bring some snacks or a packed lunch! The food options on the island can be pricey, and there aren’t many choices if you want to eat something quick.

Wear comfortable shoes! You'll be doing a fair bit of walking over uneven surfaces... Sneakers or sturdy sandals are your best bet, trust me on this

Bring your own snacks and drinks. The café on the island is quite pricey. I spent way more than I planned just for a bottle of water!

Wear comfortable shoes because you'll do a lot of walking on uneven surfaces. I wore flip-flops and wished I had something sturdier!
Adventure Paintball
Courts Petanque Galatsi

I think it's best to bring your own equipment if you can, as renting them there can be a bit pricey. Plus, you'll feel more comfortable playing with your own stuff.

I recommend you to check the weather before going, coz it can get really hot in the afternoon. Mornings around 10 AM are perfect. Don't forget your sunscreen!
THE RUBICON escape rooms

I suggest avoiding the coffee – it was pretty terrible. Instead, grab a snack or ice cream to enjoy while you wait for your game. I think that'll make the experience way better!

Check out the different areas of the place. They have a variety of board games you can play, so don't just rush for the escape room; take your time enjoying the atmosphere!

Definitely try the bueno flavored ice cream while you're there! It's a nice treat after all the thinking and puzzling in the escape room.

I recommend getting a group together and booking your escape room in advance. They can get super busy, and you want your choice of room!
Kjubo Motion Arena

I suggest arriving right when they open, around 10 AM. It gets super busy later in the day and you'll have more space to practice your moves without bumping into everyone.

My advice is to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that give you good grip. I made the mistake of wearing old sneakers and ended up slipping a lot during my session!
Hionodromiko Kentro Kalavryton S.A.

I suggest renting your ski gear from shops in Kalavryta instead of the resort; it's often cheaper and the selection is better. We saved a good amount of money that way.

Check the weather forecast before you go. We went on a cloudy day and missed out on the beautiful views at the top - totally bummed!

Bring your own snacks and drinks! The food at the resort is super pricey. I packed a small lunch and it made the whole day way more chill.

If you're planning to snowboard, the slopes on weekdays are way less crowded. I went on a Tuesday and it felt like I had the mountain to myself!
Parnassos Ski Centre

I suggest arriving right when the lifts open at 9 AM. It’s way less crowded, and you’ll get to enjoy fresh powder without waiting in line.

If you’re planning on snowmobiling, book your session early! We waited too long and missed out on prime times which was a bummer!

I think grabbing lunch at a local taverna in the nearby village is worth it. It’s way cheaper than eating on the slopes and the food is delicious!

My advice is to rent your gear at a nearby shop instead of the base. It's often cheaper, and you can find better quality equipment too!
