Hionodromiko Kentro Kalavryton S.A.

I suggest renting your ski gear from shops in Kalavryta instead of the resort; it's often cheaper and the selection is better. We saved a good amount of money that way.

Check the weather forecast before you go. We went on a cloudy day and missed out on the beautiful views at the top - totally bummed!

Bring your own snacks and drinks! The food at the resort is super pricey. I packed a small lunch and it made the whole day way more chill.

If you're planning to snowboard, the slopes on weekdays are way less crowded. I went on a Tuesday and it felt like I had the mountain to myself!
Parnassos Ski Centre

If you’re planning on snowmobiling, book your session early! We waited too long and missed out on prime times which was a bummer!

I think grabbing lunch at a local taverna in the nearby village is worth it. It’s way cheaper than eating on the slopes and the food is delicious!

My advice is to rent your gear at a nearby shop instead of the base. It's often cheaper, and you can find better quality equipment too!
3-5 Pigadia
Elatochori Ski Center

I suggest you bring your own gear if you can. Rentals can be pricey and sometimes the quality isn't great. I saved a bunch of money by using my own equipment.
Anilio Ski Center

Don't miss the sunset view from the mountain it's absolutely breathtaking! Plan to finish off your skiing around 4 PM so you catch that perfect golden hour

Grab snacks at the local bakeries instead of the ski center’s cafeteria. The prices are much better, and you'll find delicious pastries to fuel your day on the slopes!
Mainalon Ski Center

I recommend getting there by 8:30 AM to snag a good parking spot and beat the crowds - trust me, it makes a big difference!

Bring your own snacks! The food prices at the café can be a bit steep, but eating your packed lunch with a mountain view is totally worth it.
Kalavrita Ski Centre

Try to hit the slopes around 9 AM. The crowds can get crazy later in the day, and I had way more fun with fewer people around when I arrived early.

Check the weather forecasts before you go. I got caught in a storm unexpectedly, and it ruined my day on the slopes. Knowing ahead can help you pick the best days for skiing or snowboarding.

I suggest packing your own lunch. The food in the ski area can be pricey, and there are some nice picnic spots where you can enjoy your food with a view.
If you’re renting gear, compare prices at different shops in Kalavrita. I made the mistake of assuming all rentals were the same and ended up paying way more than I needed to.
Pelion Ski Centre

Bring your own snacks and drinks. The on-site cafes are a bit pricey, and the options are limited. I saved a ton of money by just packing a lunch

If you're new to skiing, I suggest taking a lesson or two. The instructors are chill and super helpful, which made my experience so much better, and you'll get into the groove faster.

Check the weather a day before! Conditions change fast in Pelion, and if you’re lucky, you might get some fresh powder. It makes all the difference for an epic day on the slopes!
Vasilitsa Ski Center

Take the chairlift up and try different routes down. At first, I stuck to one area and missed a lot of fun paths. Discover the mountain's hidden gems.

Check the weather a few days before your trip. I thought it would be snowy, but it was slushy. I wish I had brought waterproof gear. Avoid looking like a wet dog!

If you're renting gear, do it before the weekend rush. I suggest going Friday morning when things are quieter. You'll save time and have better choices!
Bring your own lunch and snacks! The food at the lodge is okay, but overpriced. I packed a sandwich and some snacks and was way happier.
