Bring some cash for souvenirs and snacks. I didn't and ended up missing out on a great local snack stand because they didn't take cards.

I recommend packing a light waterproof bag. My phone got wet during the falls, and I regretted not having a dry place for it.

Try to get to the park by 9 AM. You'll avoid the crowds and have a better chance to snap some awesome pics without people in the way.

I suggest wearing water shoes or flip-flops. The path can get really slippery, especially near the falls. I almost wiped out a couple of times!
