I suggest arriving about 30 mins before the show to enjoy a drink at the cafe and take in the stunning decor. It's quieter then, and you'll have great seats for the performance

My advice is to dress nicely, even if you’re not seeing a big performance. It makes the whole experience feel more special, and you’ll fit right in with the crowd!

Check out the free guided tours offered in the mornings. They cover a lot of history and get you access to areas not open during performances. Super worth it!
