Chaos Faktory

I recommend wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. You want to be able to move easily and not worry about rips or tears while you’re having fun.

I suggest bringing your own water bottle to Chaos Faktory; they have a refill station and it saves you a few bucks on refreshments.

Definitely check out the evening sessions around 5 PM when it’s less crowded... You’ll have more space to practice and less wait time for the equipment
Abhinav Parkour Academy

Try to wear comfortable, flexible clothing – you’ll be jumping and rolling a lot! I wore jeans and regretted it right away; shorts or leggings would be way better

I recommend getting there by 9 AM to beat the crowds. The earlier you arrive, the more one-on-one attention you get from the trainers!

Chennai Parkour

My advice is to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. I made the mistake of wearing jeans, which made my experience a little awkward. Trust me, go for something stretchy!

I recommend visiting during late afternoon around 4 PM. It's cooler and you get a beautiful sunset view while practicing. Plus fewer crowds make it way more enjoyable!

Bring your own water and some snacks. It can get really hot out there, and you don't want to waste time looking for overpriced refreshments.

Don't just stick to the main spots; explore the surrounding areas. I found some hidden gems around Chennai Parkour that were perfect for shooting cool photos and practicing moves!
