If you want to skip the crowds, try to arrive by 8:30 AM; it gets pretty busy after that! Plus, the morning light in there is just magical for photos.

My advice is to try their pour-over coffee; it's totally worth it! I went for a latte and regretted not tasting their specialty brews.

If you're a fan of pastries, try the croissants. They're super fresh and flaky, but I suggest getting there before noon to avoid the crowds.

If you want a cozy vibe grab a spot upstairs. It's a bit more secluded and perfect for chatting or reading.

I recommend checking out their local brew specialties; the coffee is fantastic and unique to the area. Don't miss the 'Kopi Semarang'!
The Alleyway Cafe

My advice is to arrive around 10 AM. It’s less crowded then, and you can grab a cozy spot for people-watching while enjoying your coffee.

I think the Wi-Fi is spotty at times so don’t rely on it for work. Instead enjoy the ambiance and maybe bring a book or something to keep you entertained.
If you’re into trying local flavors, go for the Balinese coffee. It’s super unique and definitely worth it. Just don’t expect it to be as sweet as the international blends.

I suggest paying attention to the timing of your visit. The place can fill up quickly during brunch hours on weekends, so if you want a relaxed experience, avoid those peak times.
Bhineka Jaya

I recommend trying their signature desserts; they're amazing and worth every penny. You might want to save room for dessert because I didn't, and regretted not trying them all

My advice is to go late afternoon around 4 PM. That way you can enjoy a perfect coffee and catch the sunset view which was stunning!

If you're on a budget, check out their daily specials. I stumbled upon a great deal during my visit and saved quite a bit.
Cafe La Pasion

I think it’s smart to take cash. Some people had issues with card payments when we were there. A few local vendors were cash-only, so better safe than sorry!

My advice is to try their iced coffee; it's amazing but not cheap. I thought I’d order something small, but they really pack a punch! So be prepared for a caffeine hit

I suggest going around 3 PM when it's less crowded. We went at noon and had to wait forever for a table. Plus, the late afternoon light is perfect for photos!
