If you're not a huge beer fan, you might want to skip the tasting sessions. I found them a bit overwhelming. Just head straight to the Gravity Bar for your free pint where you can chill with a view instead.

Make sure you try the Guinness Chocolate Mousse at the Gravity Bar. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it! I regret not getting it sooner because it was a sweet end to my visit

Don't rush through the exhibits! Take your time in the main hall; there's so much fascinating stuff. I think I missed some cool artifacts because I hurried through. Read the info plaques—they really enhance the experience!

Make sure to check out the Bog Bodies – they were my fav part. These exhibits are super well done and unique. Try to be there right when it opens at 10 AM to avoid the crowds and get the best view.

If you're on a budget, lunch in the cafe can be a bit pricey. Grab something from a nearby supermarket instead and have a picnic in Merrion Square Park after your visit. Trust me, it'll save you a few bucks.

I recommend downloading the museum's audio guide app before you go. It’s super handy and covers a lot of info that you won’t get from just looking at the exhibits. It’s easy to navigate and made my visit much more enriching!

I think it’s better to plan for a weekday visit. The weekend can get super packed, and you might not enjoy the vibe as much.

I suggest visiting early in the morning around 8 AM to avoid the crowds. It feels much more peaceful and you can snap some great pics without people blocking the view.

My tip is to wear comfortable shoes. You’ll likely end up walking around the area a lot more than you expect, so you don't want to be sore!

My advice is to take a turn off from the crowds and explore the little streets nearby. There are tons of charming little shops and cafes to check out

I think the waterfall trail is a must-see, just don’t miss it like I did! It’s a bit hidden away, but totally worth it once you find it, trust me!

I recommend buying your tickets online. It saved me some time standing in line, and you might catch some cool discounts for kids or groups!

Pack a picnic! The gardens are super spacious, and there are nice spots to relax. Food options in the cafe can be pricey, so it’s a good way to save a few bucks.

If you’re into gardening, check out the plant shop. I found some rare plants there, and the prices were decent compared to my local garden center!

Check the castle's schedule online before you go; some days have special events that might close certain areas. I missed out on a guided tour because I didn't plan ahead!

I recommend booking tickets online in advance to save a few euros; the on-site prices can be a bit steep.

There's a lovely café right on the grounds, but it can get crowded. I suggest visiting it right as it opens around 11 AM for a quieter experience
