Wear old sneakers or good climbing shoes. I wore flip-flops, thinking it would be fine for the easy course, but ended up regretting it – they really slowed me down!
Fionda Umana Pragelato
My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The food options are a bit pricey and I thought they could improve on variety. We packed a small cooler and it made our day much more enjoyable.
Parco Avventura Champoluc
I recommend wearing gloves if you have them. The ropes and equipment can get a bit rough on your hands, and it made my experience smoother. Also, they helped me feel more confident tackling the tougher courses.
I suggest arriving by 9:30 AM when they open. We missed the early birds and ended up waiting in line longer than expected. The earlier you go, the less crowded it is, and you get more time on the courses!
Bring your own snacks and water. The on-site café can be a bit pricey, and having a light picnic saved us money and time. Plus, it was nice to refuel between the courses!
