I recommend starting your hike early in the morning, around 7 AM, to avoid the crowds and the heat. It makes the experience way more enjoyable.

Bring plenty of water and snacks, but also consider stopping for a picnic at one of the scenic viewpoints. It's a great way to recharge and take in the stunning views!

I suggest wearing good hiking shoes; trust me, flip-flops are a no-go here. The path can be rocky and uneven in some spots.

Consider taking a public bus to Praiano to start the hike instead of a taxi. It's cheaper and gives you a chance to meet locals.
Tre Cime di Lavaredo

Take your time on the trails; rushing means you miss out on stunning spots for photos. I missed some amazing shots because I was trying to keep up with my friends!

Don’t underestimate the weather. It changed on me quickly, so pack a light jacket just in case, even if it looks sunny. You'll thank yourself later.

Bring your own snacks and water. There’s a decent café, but prices are a bit steep. I spent too much on a simple sandwich last time
Stromboli

My advice is to pack some snacks and plenty of water if you plan to hike. There are only a couple of places to grab food on the island, and they can get pricey
Three Peaks Hiking Trail
Anello del Rinascimento
Selvaggio Blu
Petit Mont Blanc
Corno Grande

I strongly suggest packing some snacks and plenty of water. I thought I could buy food on the way up, but it’s pretty remote, and I did not find any shops nearby.

If you crave adventure, do the Le Tre Cime route. I thought it would take a few hours, but it ended up being a whole day. Totally worth it, though!

Check out the local eateries in the nearby towns before or after the hike. I found a cute place that had the best homemade pasta at a fraction of the price of what I paid on the mountain.

Bring a light jacket even in summer! The weather can be super unpredictable. I had to turn back because it got really chilly unexpectedly.
