Tenuta Vannulo
Villa della Regina

I think bringing a picnic is a great idea. The gardens are beautiful, and it's nice to enjoy some food there while taking in the views.
Make sure to check for any special wine tasting events before you go. I stumbled upon one, and it added so much to my visit!

If you can, try to squeeze in a short visit to the wine shop. They have some unique selections, and I found a lovely bottle to take home that wasn’t available elsewhere.
Poggio Rubino
Grazia & Graziella
Poggio Amorelli
Il Poggio Farm

I recomment bringing a picnic and enjoying the gorgeous views. The grounds are stunning, and they don’t mind you noshing while sipping their wine.
Impronta Birraia

I recommend getting there around 7 PM to snag a good spot, the place fills up fast! When I arrived later, I struggled to find seating.
Keep an eye out for happy hour deals—they can really save you some cash! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I saved with the right timings.
Antinori in the Chianti Classico
I heard the wine tasting is great, but try to book it in advance to avoid missing out. I went without a reservation and had to wait longer than I expected, which was a bit of a bummer.
Speck Stube

Check out their wines! I enjoyed a local red that paired beautifully with the food. Ask the staff for recommendations!

Bring your own water bottle if you’re a thirsty traveler. They only offer bottled water, and it adds up quick!

Definitely try the speck platter; it’s amazing and gives you a taste of local flavors. I think it's one of the best deals on the menu.
Trattoria Otello Trastevere

I recommend checking the daily specials. Sometimes they have fresh seafood or other local dishes that aren’t on the regular menu, and they’re usually cheaper

If you want to save a few bucks, share a starter. The portions are pretty generous, and it lets you sample more dishes without breaking the bank.
