Pack a picnic! There aren't many places to grab food nearby, so I suggest bringing snacks to enjoy while you soak in the views around 1 PM.

Wear comfy shoes! I didn't realize how much walking I'd be doing on the rocky paths. Trust me, you don't want to hike in sandals.

I recommend checking out the small trails off the beaten path. Some of my best shots were from those less busy areas. Just make sure you have a good map – I got lost a couple of times!

Be ready for changing weather! I think layers are super important here. It started sunny for me, then got chilly real quick. A light waterproof jacket is a lifesaver!

Don’t forget to bring a picnic! The food at the local café is pricey, and nothing beats enjoying a packed lunch with the mountain views. I wish I had packed more snacks!

When I visited, the best time was around 9 AM, before the crowds hit... You can really take in the nature without feeling rushed... Plus, the sunrise views are just stunning!

My advice is to pack a simple lunch. You can save money and enjoy it at one of the beautiful lookout points instead of dining in town, which can be pricey

I recommend hitting the trails early in the morning, like around 7 AM, to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peace of nature. Plus, the views at dawn are stunning!

If you're planning to hike, check the weather the night before. I got caught in a drizzle because I didn't look ahead, and it made the trails quite slippery. Early mornings are usually the best weather as well!
