The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe
Constitution Square

If you can, plan your visit during the weekdays. I went on a Saturday and it was super packed, making it hard to appreciate the architecture. Weekdays are generally more peaceful.

Look out for street performers while you're there. They can really add to the experience, but be sure to keep some small change on hand if you want to show your appreciation.
Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe

I recommend checking out the art galleries on site – totally worth the time! I spent an hour there and it was surprisingly enriching and not crowded at all

I think it’s best to visit on weekdays if possible. You’ll have a more peaceful experience, and it makes a huge difference when taking photos without too many people in the background.

My advice is to wear comfy shoes. You’ll be walking a lot! The grounds are huge, and you’ll want to enjoy every corner without your feet hurting.

Don’t miss out on the market nearby! They have awesome local snacks that are super cheap and so delicious. Way better than overpriced stalls inside.
Zocalo
Chapultepec Palace
Libertad Market
Macroplaza

Don't miss the Fuente de la Vida, especially during the day. It's stunning! I got some great shots there that you wouldn't want to miss. Bring your camera!

Watch out for your belongings, especially in crowded areas. I had a close call when I was admiring the views, so just stay alert and keep your bag secured.

Check the local events schedule before you go. I stumbled upon a live music performance that was incredible; it made my visit even more special.

I think the vendors around the plaza have some sweet little trinkets. Just make sure to haggle a bit to get the best price. It’s part of the experience!
Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Bring along some snacks and water. There are benches outside where you can relax and enjoy them while taking in the view of the church.

Dress in layers if you're going in the summer. It can get really hot outside, but the church has cool interiors that make it chilly inside.

Check out the small markets around the church after your visit. You can find some unique souvenirs that are much cheaper than in tourist shops.

Try to visit the church on a weekday around 10 AM when it's less crowded. You'll have a peaceful experience and can take better photos without too many people around.
Parish of San Miguel Arcangel
Teotihuacan Pyramids

If you're on a budget, pack a lunch! The food stalls inside are quite pricey for what they offer, so save some cash and enjoy a picnic.

Check the weather before you go. I went on a sunny day but underestimated the heat so sunscreen and a hat were lifesavers

Bring a camera, for sure, but don’t get too caught up in taking pictures. The views are amazing and you might want to just soak it all in without the lens.
