I suggest asking about any upcoming workshops or classes—they're really fun and a unique way to learn more about cheese-making. I wish I had done one during my visit!

My advice is to visit on a weekday morning if you can. It’s way less crowded and you get more personal attention from the staff plus the cheeses are super fresh!
