I think renting a sunbed is totally worth it, but try to haggle if you can; I got mine for half the price just by asking nicely!

My advice is to learn a few basic Arabic phrases. The locals appreciate it, and it can help you negotiate better prices at the markets nearby.

I suggest bringing your own snacks and water; beachside vendors can be pricey and sometimes sell out quickly. Pack your lunch to save some cash!
Dalia Beach

I think you should try to take cash with you; some small vendors don’t accept cards, and it can be a hassle if you're itching for a cold drink.

Pro tip: avoid the beach during lunch hours. It's super crowded from 12 PM to 2 PM, and finding a nice spot will be tough!

I suggest arriving at Dalia Beach around 9 AM to beat the crowds. You'll get a nice spot to lay down your towel without feeling squished!
Imi Ouaddar Beach

I think parking can be a pain so get there early like by 9 AM. If you wait too long you might end up parking far from the beach.

If you're into surfing, I recommend checking out early morning sessions around 7 AM. The waves are way better and there's less crowd.

I suggest bringing some snacks and water with you. The beach area can get a bit pricey if you rely on the local vendors, so save some cash for the good stuff later!

Look for local food spots off the main beach area. I discovered an amazing little place called 'Le Petit Café,' which had prices way better than the beachside restaurants!
Plage d'Essaouira

Definitely try out the local surf schools! I took a class and it was super fun and a great way to meet people. Prices are reasonable compared to other spots in Morocco, and instructors are friendly.

I suggest renting a bike to explore the coastline. It’s a beautiful ride and you can hit the quieter spots away from the crowd. Plus, it's way cheaper than taxis.

Check out the food stalls near the beach at lunchtime. I found some amazing grilled seafood at great prices! Eating local food will save you some cash and it’s way tastier than restaurants.

If you're planning to stay for sunset, bring a light jacket. It gets chilly once the sun goes down, and I was caught off guard without one!
Achakar Beach

If you want a quieter experience, I recommend hitting the beach around 7am. You'll beat the crowds and get a lovely sunrise too!

Make sure to wear sunscreen, even if it's cloudy. I got burned and it was not fun!
Bakassem Beach

If you're planning to catch the sunset, try to find a spot by 6 PM. I got there too late and missed the best view, but the colors were still beautiful!

I highly recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks, because beachfront cafes can be pricey and the food isn’t that great. I saved a ton by packing my own lunch!

my advice is to wear flip-flops or water shoes. the sand gets really hot in the afternoon and my feet were burning when i forgot mine.
Merkala Beach

I suggest you bring your own snacks and drinks if you want to save some cash, because the beachside vendors can charge a bit much. Trust me, it helps.
