If you're driving, my advice is to get there before 12 PM to snag a good parking spot. I found myself circling around for ages on a busy match day!

I think it's a great idea to pack a picnic and enjoy it on the grass while watching a match. The atmosphere is really chill, and you save money on food at concession stands!
