Olumo Rock

Bring a water bottle and maybe some snacks. I thought I'd find plenty of stalls but options were limited and you don’t want to be climbing hungry!

Get there early, around 8 am, to beat the crowds and enjoy the fresh morning air. It makes the hike more enjoyable and gives you a great opportunity for photos without too many people around.
Erin Ljesha Waterfall
Lekki Conservation Center

My advice is to take the canopy walk early in the morning, like around 9 AM. It’s cooler and less crowded, plus the views are just awesome with the morning light!
I suggest you wear comfy shoes because the trails can get a bit muddy after rain. My sneakers were caked in mud by the end of my visit.

I recommend bringing snacks and water. There's a cafe, but it can be pricey and might have limited options if you're really hungry!
Idanre Hills
Shere Hills

I recommend visiting on a weekday if you can. The weekends can get super crowded. I went on a Friday, and it was way less hectic, plus I felt like I had the place to myself
Mount Patti
I recommend bringing plenty of water and some snacks, as there aren’t many places to refuel once you're on the trail. Trust me, I regretted it halfway up!
Aso Rock

My advice is to wear comfy shoes—trust me on this. The trails can be uneven, and I learned the hard way when I had to limp back with sore feet. Save your energy for the awesome sights.
I recommend bringing lots of water if you're planning to hike. It gets pretty hot out there, and you're gonna need to stay hydrated to really enjoy the views. I totally underestimated how thirsty I'd be!
