I think buying lift passes in advance online can save you a few bucks. I did it on the spot and ended up paying full price!

My advice is to try the local food, especially at smaller eateries. I made the mistake of sticking to tourist spots and missed out on some amazing dishes!

I suggest booking your riding session in advance, especially during weekends. They tend to get crowded and you might miss out if you just walk in

user avatar
Brandon November 16, 2024

For first-timers I'd recommend going for the beginner rider session at 1 PM. The instructors are super patient and you get more attention during that slot.

My advice is to wear layers. The weather can be unpredictable in Oslo, and you'll want to be comfortable whether you're riding or just hanging around the farm.

Parkour

Ronald November 28, 2024

If you're new to parkour, look for beginner-friendly tutorials online before your visit. I wish I had watched a few videos to pick up some basics—it would have made it so much more fun.

Try to visit on a weekday around 10 AM when it's less crowded. I went on the weekend and it was packed, making it tough to find space to practice some moves

Check the weather before you go! I visited on a rainy day and the surfaces were slippery which made things tricky. A dry day would totally enhance your experience.

Snowkiting
user avatar
Christopher February 17, 2025

I recommend bringing your own snowkiting gear if you have it. Rentals can be pricey and the equipment isn’t always in great shape. Having your own stuff really takes your experience to the next level.

One tip that helped me was to download offline maps. Cell service can be spotty, and getting lost in such a beautiful place is frustrating. Much better to enjoy the scenery!

Richard November 1, 2024

My advice is to check the wind conditions before heading out. I didn’t, and ended up wasting time waiting for the wind to pick up. There are some apps that give real-time updates!

I think it’s a good idea to pack a thermos with hot drinks and snacks. The hut might not be open, and trust me, the cold can really hit you when you’re taking a break.

Jason March 18, 2025

I suggest booking your tickets online in advance to skip the queue... I waited a bit longer than I wanted at the counter, and it was super busy on a Saturday

user avatar
Eric March 14, 2025

My advice is to wear grippy socks if you have them. The park does provide them, but it feels nicer to jump around in your own if they’re clean

user avatar
Lisa December 6, 2024

I recomend checking out the special deals on weekdays. I saved some cash going on a Tuesday instead of the weekend, plus it was less crowded!

Zorbing
user avatar
Ronald March 19, 2025

I suggest booking your spot online in advnace; it will save you some time and often you can find a discount. The lines can get long, especially on weekends!

user avatar
James January 10, 2025

My advice is to check the weather before you go. It was a bit rainy when I visited, which made it slippery and less fun. A sunny day would be way better.

user avatar
Lisa October 11, 2024

I think you should wear old sneakers instead of water shoes. My shoes got soaked during the zorbing, and it wasn't comfortable walking around after
