If you're into photography, golden hour in the evening is amazing. The lighting makes the sculptures look even more stunning. I wish I had known this beforehand!

My advice is to keep an eye out for the less popular sculptures. Some of them have unique stories that can make your visit even more interesting. I found a few hidden gems with cool backgrounds!

Wear comfy shoes. You’ll be walking a lot more than you expect and the paths can be uneven. Trust me, your feet will thank you later.

I recommend hitting the park early around 9 AM. It’s way less crowded, so you can snap those perfect shots and enjoy the sculptures without people blocking your view

parking can be a hassle and expensive, so i suggest using public transport – the tram is convenient and drops you off close to the beach.

Don't skip the walking trails nearby; they’re beautiful and not too crowded. Perfect for a peaceful stroll after sunbathing!

If you're keen on snagging a spot on the beach, get there by 10 AM on weekends. It gets super packed after that!

I found that bringing my own food and drinks saved a bunch of cash, since the nearby cafes can be pricey.

Bring your own snacks and a refillable water bottle. There are limited options for food in the park and prices can be steep. I saved a lot by packing my lunch and enjoying it with a view.

Consider getting a national park pass if you're planning to do more than one hike. It could save you money compared to paying for each trail solo. I wish I had done that!

If you're planning to hike, I recommend starting early, like around 8 AM. The trails get pretty crowded later in the day, plus you can enjoy the peace of nature while it's still cool.

Ronald January 3, 2025

I suggest downloading a map or a trail app before you go. The signage can be a bit tricky in places, and trust me, wasting an hour going in circles isn't fun.

Make sure to bring your own snacks and water! I thought I’d find more options on the trails, but most of the spots don’t have shops. It really saves $$ too.

My advice is to wear good hiking shoes. The path can get a bit slippery and muddy if it's rained recently. You don’t want to end up with soggy socks like I did!

I think packing a picnic is a great idea. There are some lovely spots to relax and enjoy the scenery, and it saves you money instead of grabbing overpriced snacks at nearby shops
