Gocta Waterfall
Waterfalls Pishurayacu
Waterfalls Velo de Novia
If you're into photography, don't miss the golden hour just before sunset. The waterfall looks stunning, and it’s way less crowded then.
Catarata del Breo
If you're on a budget, consider bringing your own lunch. The nearby cafes are pricey for what you get. I wish I had stuck to my packed sandwich instead of splurging!
Take your time and soak in the views! I rushed through thinking it'd be boring after a bit, but the waterfalls were mesmerizing. Each angle showed a new perspective, and I regret not taking more photos
Waterfall Carispaccha
Waterfall Pillones
I think visiting around 10 AM is the sweet spot... You'll enjoy the morning light on the waterfalls and miss the bigger crowds that come later... Plus you'll have more time for photos without everyone in the way
I recommend bringing cash. Some locals sell snacks and drinks near the entrance, and they'll usually offer better prices than the touristy spots. It’s a nice treat after your hike!
Waterfalls de Huancaya
I highly recommend bringing your own snacks and water. There aren't many places to buy food once you're on the trail, and you'll definitely want to fuel up while enjoying those stunning views
