Bring cash! A lot of places on the island don’t accept cards, and you don’t want to miss out on delicious local food or great souvenirs because of this. I almost did!

I'd say get there by 8 AM to avoid the crowds! The water is super calm in the morning, and it's way easier to take those epic photos before all the tour boats show up... Trust me, it's worth it!
