Wawel Castle
My advice is to buy your tickets online. I went on a busy weekend, and the lines were super long. Pre-booking totally saved my time!
You might want to skip the audio guide. I found that some parts were underwhelming, and the free pamphlet had most of the info you need.
Museum of the Warsaw Uprising
Plan for at least 2-3 hours to fully enjoy everything. I thought I could rush through it in an hour, but ended up wishing I had more time.
Grab a coffee before entering; there’s a café inside but it’s super busy. This way, you can start your visit fresh.
I suggest going on a weekday if you can. The weekend crowds can be overwhelming, and you'll end up missing some details if you’re rushed.
If you can, download the museum app before you go. It gives you extra context and stories that enhance your visit without needing to read every single exhibit.
Museum of the Second World War
If you can, go on a weekday around 2 PM. The crowds were way smaller and I felt like I could really take my time with the exhibits.
Don't forget to check out the museum's café. I wasn't expecting much, but the coffee and snacks were actually pretty good and not overpriced
I suggest bringing your own headphones if you plan to use the audio guides. The ones they provided weren't very comfortable and I saw others wishing they had theirs!
I recommend getting your tickets online in advance. It saved me so much time avoiding the long lines, especially on weekends!
Palace of Culture and Science
Market Square
Malbork Castle
Oscar Schindler Enamel Factory
I suggest allowing at least two hours for your visit. I thought I could do it in one, but I ended up wanting to explore every detail
I recommend getting your tickets online in advance to skip the queues. It saved me a bunch of time on the day of my visit.
Old Town Market Square
Raclawice Panorama
I suggest going early, like around 9 AM, to beat the crowds and enjoy the panorama with fewer people around. It's way more peaceful that way!
You might wanna check if there are any student discounts. I didn’t, and I think I could’ve saved a few złoty. My bad!
Don’t forget to look up! The details on the ceiling are incredible! Taking your time to absorb everything makes a big difference.
Museum of the History of Polish Jews Polin
Check out the museum's cafeteria; the food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced! It’s a nice break before diving back into the exhibits.
