If you want to catch the best sun, I suggest hitting the beach before 10 AM. The early morning light is stunning and way fewer people around, trust me, it makes a huge difference!

Watch out for your stuff on busy days; I left my towel unattended for just a minute and someone took it! My advice is to keep an eye on your belongings or use a beach bag that's a bit more secure.

Snorkeling is a must, but I recommend bringing your own gear if you can. Rental prices can be a bit steep, and the quality isn't always the best. Save some cash and enjoy better equipment!
Cerf Island

Check the tide times before you go! I didn’t and ended up dealing with low tides that made some areas tricky to navigate. I think high tide is much better for snorkeling.
Baie Ternay Marine National Park

I recommend bringing your own snorkelling gear if you can. Rentals can be pricey and may not always have the best quality. I saved quite a bit doing this plus I got to enjoy the water without worrying about fitting into the rental stuff.

My advice is to visit during the week, preferably on a Tuesday or Wednesday. It was way less crowded then, and I actually got the chance to see more marine life without a bunch of other snorkelers splashing around.
Grande Soeur Sisters Island

I suggest packing a cooler with snacks and drinks. The island doesn’t have shops, and it's a bummer having to leave early just for food. Plus, enjoy a picnic on the gorgeous beach!

I recommend snorkelling around 10 AM when the water is super clear and calm. I honestly wish I’d known that, the experience was way better than going in the afternoon.
Big Blue Divers

My advice is to buy your own snorkeling gear if you can. Rentals are a bit pricey and having your own stuff feels way better. Plus you'll save some cash long-term!

I suggest booking your diving trip in advance, especially during peak season. They get booked up quickly! I managed to snag a spot last minute, but it was super stressful
