i suggest downloading a hiking app that works offline; reception can be spotty up there. i relied on my phone’s map, but it was useless once the signal dropped!

If you're planning to hike in the early morning, definitely pack some snacks for a mini picnic at the top. The view during sunrise is worth so much more when enjoyed with a hot coffee and a croissant from home.

Invest in a good pair of hiking poles if you’re not used to the terrain. They saved my knees on the steep descents and made the experience much smoother.

Make sure to download offline maps before your trip. Cell service can be spotty up there, and I got lost a couple of times trying to navigate without one.

Bring cash for the local huts; they often don’t take cards. I regretted not having enough when I wanted to grab a hearty meal halfway through my trek

My advice is to wear good waterproof shoes. I learned the hard way when I stepped in a puddle and ended up squishing around the whole trek. Not fun!

For money-saving, I suggest looking for local food spots instead of touristy restaurants. We found a great place in the village that was half the price and tasted way better.

I think bringing some snacks and plenty of water is a must! The views are captivating, and you'll want to take your time, so having energy supplies is crucial.

I recommend starting your hike early, like around 7 AM, to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful nature. It's sooo much better than hiking with a bunch of people around you!
