Mount Triglov

My advice is to bring some cash. While many places accept cards, some smaller vendors might not, especially in the more remote areas.

Don't forget to check the weather before you go! It can change rapidly up there; I got caught in the rain, and it wasn't fun!

If you plan to hike, make sure to bring enough water and snacks. There are only a few places to refill in the park, and you don’t wanna get caught without supplies!

I met a lot of friendly locals at the small shops in the area. They can give you some insider tips on less crowded trails; don’t hesitate to ask them!
Soca Trail

I think it's better to start your hike early, around 7 AM, to avoid the crowds and catch the morning light for some stunning photos. Trust me, the view of the emerald water is worth it!
Seven Triglav Lakes Valley Hike

Pack a light lunch and plenty of snacks! The views are so gorgeous, you'll want to stop often and chill by the lakes. Eating out on the trail can really add up.

Consider bringing a small power bank for your phone. The views are incredible, and you'll want to capture every moment. I ended up using my phone for navigation and ran it down to 5% – totally nerve-wracking!

Pack extra snacks and water; you'll be surprised how fast you can get thirsty while trekking! I ran out of water just before getting to the top, and let me tell you, that was a rough last stretch
Golica

My advice is to bring some snacks and plenty of water. There are few places to grab food along the trails, and nothing beats a scenic picnic while soaking in the views.
