I suggest checking the weather a few days ahead. Wind can change plans! The skies were pretty cloudy on my first try, but I rescheduled and got the best views on a clear day.

Pro tip: wear layered clothing. It’s chilly at higher altitudes, but you’ll warm up once you’re in the air. I was freezing at first but ended up fine once we started flying.

Pack your own snacks and drinks. The ones at FM Safaris can be pricey. I brought a cooler bag and saved a ton plus had my favorite stuff on hand!

I recommend buying your tickets online to save some time in the queue. Trust me, the lines can get crazy, and you'll want to hit the rides ASAP!
