Royal Palace

I suggest downloading the audio guide before you go. It really added depth to the experience without the need to pay extra for it.

If you're on a budget, consider the combo tickets. They saved me a good chunk of change since I could see multiple museums under one price!

Bring a bottled water! I forgot, and inside it can get quite warm and stuffy, plus the café prices are a bit steep.

Don’t forget to explore the courtyards; they’re just as stunning, and you’ll get some great photos without the usual crowds!
Kunstragorden Square
Uppsala Cathedral

I think it's a good idea to check if there are any special events or concerts happening before your visit. I unexpectedly stumbled upon a lovely choir performance that made my trip extra special!

If you're tight on budget, consider packing a snack and enjoying it at the lovely park nearby after your visit. It's a nice way to relax and save some cash on food!

My advice is to grab the audio guide. It’s super informative and only costs a small fee. It really brought the history of the cathedral to life for me
Turning Torso

I suggest grabbing a coffee at the nearby cafe first. It’s a nice spot to chill before heading up. Plus, the views from there are pretty cool too!

My advice is to check out the area around Turning Torso. There's some great waterfront views and parkland for a stroll afterwards. Makes for some fun photos!
Stockholm City Hall

Make sure to check out the outdoor areas as well. I thought the gardens were just an afterthought, but they really add to the whole experience.

I suggest checking for combo tickets if you're planning to visit the Vasa Museum too. You'll save some cash, and they're super close to each other.

Don't skip the tower climb! The view is amazing but it's popular. I recommend going for it early if you're up for the challenge.
Church of St. Nicholas
German Church
Riksdag

i found the best time to visit is around 9 am on weekdays. there were fewer crowds, and i could really soak in the architecture without feeling rushed.

Make sure to explore the outdoor areas too. I almost missed the beautiful gardens surrounding Riksdag. Grab a coffee from a nearby café and enjoy the view!

Definitely check out the free entrance. I almost paid for a guided tour but realized I could enjoy the building on my own—plus there's a great app you can download for info
