Astad Vineyard
I suggest planning your visit during the week instead of the weekend to avoid the crowds; you'll have a more relaxed experience, trust me!

Grab a bottle or two to take home! They often have discounts for purchases during tastings and it’s a great way to remember your visit

if you can, take a vineyard tour. the stories shared by the staff added so much to my understanding of their winemaking process, way beyond just tasting.
Holiday Club Sweden AB

If you’re planning to eat at the restaurant, my tip is to order the local dishes. They were not only delicious but also reasonably priced compared to the international menu!

I suggest booking your spa treatments in advance. I thought I could walk in, but everything was filled up by noon on weekends, which was a bummer.
My advice is to check out the daily deal promotions; I saved some cash by trying a package instead of paying for each service separately.

I think bringing your own water bottle is a good idea. The prices at the bar for drinks were much higher than I expected, and I felt a bit ripped off

Centralbadet
My advice is to bring your own towel and flip-flops. They charge extra for rentals, and it felt a bit like a money grab. Plus, it's just more comfortable to use your own stuff!

I recommend arriving right at 10 AM when they open; it's way less crowded and you can enjoy the steam baths without waiting around. Trust me, the peace in the morning makes a huge difference!
Are Massage and Skincare

Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated between treatments. You'll feel so much better and save a bit since they charge for bottled water.
