Bring your own snorkel gear if you can! Rentals can add up, plus some spots might not have what you need. I wish I had known this before I rented expensive gear on my last trip.

My advice is to check the tides! I didn’t realize that the best snorkeling spots were only accessible a few hours before high tide. Plan your timing right to save time and make the most of it!
