ChabaPrai Spa
My advice is to try the herbal compress massage. It was truly amazing and different from any other place I’ve been before. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated!
I think you should check their discount times. I ended up saving a bunch by going on a Tuesday instead of the weekend when rates went up.
I suggest booking your spa treatments in advance, especially on weekends. I got there and had to wait for a spot, which was annoying
Wat Suan Mokkh
I think it's worth trying the vegetarian kitchen they have. The food is super healthy and filling, plus it's a unique experience you won't want to miss.
Monkchat Meditation Retreat
Yoga Ananda
Don’t skip the smoothie bar nearby after class. It’s a great place to unwind and grab a healthy bite, but be mindful of the prices – they can add up quickly!
Bring your own mat if you can! They do have rentals, but I found the mats a bit worn out. Having my own made me feel way more comfortable.
City Spa
Modeling Room
Emerald Green Mens Club
If you're planning to get a massage, my advice is to book in advance online. I waited too long and ended up with a less experienced therapist.
If you can, try to visit during weekdays. I went on a Saturday and it was crazy busy; felt a bit rushed during my treatments.
I suggest checking out their happy hour deals around 5 PM to save some cash on drinks. I missed out on this and regretted not going earlier.
Dipabhavan Meditation Centre
Arena Massage & Spa Bangkok
Island Yoga
I suggest booking your classes a day in advance, especially if you want to join popular sessions. I lost out on one because they were fully booked when I arrived.
