If you're renting gear, I recommend checking with local shops for daily deals. I saved a bunch by renting for two days instead of one but returning half a day early!

food on the slopes can be pricey, so consider packing some snacks. we brought sandwiches and hot drinks from yasinya, and it made all the difference during our breaks.

Don't skip the snowmobiling! I thought it was just an extra but ended up being the highlight of my trip. However I recommend booking a guided tour to make the most of it.
Pylypets Ski Resort

my advice is to rent your gear from a local shop in pylypets instead of the resort. it's often cheaper, and you'll get a little more personalization. just make sure you call ahead to check availability!

If you're planning to ski or snowboard, try to arrive right at 9 AM. The lines for the lifts get crazy by 10, and you want to maximize your time on the snow.
Play

Plan for lunch at the less busy places around 2 PM to avoid the rush. You'll get a table faster and enjoy a more relaxed meal.

My advice is to bring snacks! The food options on the slopes are pricey and it's nice to have something to munch on between runs.
If you're planning to rent gear, check out the local shops instead of the resort rentals; I found better prices and friendlier service in town.
Grab your ski pass online before you arrive to save time at the ticket counter. I waited in line for ages!
