GoBoat London
My advice is to bring snacks and drinks. There's no food on board the boats, and we really wished we had packed a picnic. It would have made our day even better!
Also, remember to charge your phone! You'll want to take loads of pics and having a low battery was a bummer for us while cruising.
I recommend booking your boat in advance online to save some cash. We saved a nice amount by getting a discount for booking 48 hours ahead.
I suggest checking the weather before you go. We got caught in some rain which dampened our fun a bit. It’s way more enjoyable on a sunny day!
Poole Windsurfing
Thorpe Lakes, Wakeboard, Waterski & Wakesurf
Tees Barrage International White Water Centre
I recommend arriving around 10 AM when they open. It’s way less crowded, and you can really enjoy the white water without the rush of a big group. Plus, you can grab a good spot at the café after!
If you’re looking to save some cash, consider bringing your own gear if you have it. Rental prices can add up, and I found the quality a bit hit or miss.
London Aquatics Centre
CBK Adventures
I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. The onsite cafe can be pricey, and there are great spots along the water to enjoy a picnic.
Tooting Bec Lido
The Moorings: BVI (Tortola)
Check the weather the day before you go! I got caught in a rain shower because I didn't pay attention, and it really put a damper on the trip.
I suggest booking your speedboat in advance. It saved me a ton of time and I got the best rates. Plus, they have some sweet deals if you book early!
