Rolling Thunder Skating Center
I think the snack bar prices are a bit steep, so consider grabbing a bite to eat before you arrive. I learned the hard way that a small soda and snack can cost you an arm and a leg!
Astro Skate of Orlando
United Skates of America Roller Skating Center
My advice is to bring your own skates if you can. The rentals are okay, but having your own is way more comfortable and they usually charge a fee for rentals.
Branch Brook Park Roller Skating Center
if you’re planning to take a break, there are picnic areas around. bring some snacks and drinks, so you don’t have to buy everything there. it’s a nice way to recharge without breaking the bank!
My advice is to bring your own skates if you have them. Rental prices can add up, and having your own pair makes for a more comfortable experience—trust me!
Sparkles Family Fun Center
Check out their promo days. On Sundays, they have special rates for families that can help save cash. Worth exploring ahead of time.
Super Wheels Skating Center
I recommend checking out the skate rentals in advance; their inline skates are way more comfortable than I expected, but it can get busy during weekends!
My advice is to bring some cash for arcade games; they don't take card and you'll want to enjoy that while you're there!
David Armstrong Extreme Park
My advice is to bring your own gear if you can. Rentals can add up, and it’s definitely nicer to use your own stuff. Plus, you’ll be way more comfortable.
I recommend checking the park’s schedule before going, since they sometimes have events that can make the place super crowded. I ended up missing some cool tricks because I couldn’t get close enough!
I suggest hitting the park around 3 PM when the afternoon crowd starts to thin out. I had a blast with more space to skate around and practice my moves
if you’re like me and love capturing moments, don’t forget to bring a portable charger for your phone! i killed my battery trying to record everything and missed some awesome rides!
Southgate Roller Rink
Try to skate during the afternoon on weekdays. It tends to be way less crowded compared to evenings or weekends, giving you more room to maneuver.
I've heard some people say they had issues with the staff being a bit snappy. I didn't experience that, but just remember to be super polite and things should go smoothly!
If you're renting skates, show up at least 30 minutes early. I barely made it in time and had to rush through the rental line, which took longer than I expected.
Skate N' Fun Zone
I recommend buying your tickets online in advance. The lines can get pretty long, and it saved me a ton of time when I visited! Got to skate right away instead of standing around.
My advice is to bring your own skates if you have them! The rental skates didn’t fit well for me and it kind of ruined my experience. Having your own makes a big difference!
Fleetwood Roller Rink
I recommend going on a weekday afternoon if you can. The place is way less crowded, and you'll have more room to skate around without bumping into people.
I suggest checking their schedule for themed nights. I accidentally went on a disco night and it was a blast, definitely added to the fun and the vibe was awesome!
I think taking a few breaks in between skating sessions is key. The place has a cozy snack area where you can chill and hydrate, just don't eat too much if you're going back to the floor.
