My advice is to arrive by 10 PM. It starts to get crowded around then, and you'll get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere before it gets too packed.

I recommend visiting on a weeknight instead of the weekend; it's less crowded and you can really soak in the atmosphere. Plus, you might just get better drink specials!
