My advice is to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You'll be running around a lot and trust me, you don’t want to be dealing with sore feet

I recommend bringing some snacks and water. The sessions can get intense, and having a quick energy boost is super helpful, plus the on-site café can get pricey!
