I think you should ask the staff about any local drinks; I discovered an awesome schnapps that was a nice surprise after the usual options.

Don’t skip the gift shop on your way out. I found some really reasonably priced local cheese and spreads – nice souvenirs that won't break the bank!

I recommend downloading their app if they have one. It's super helpful for making reservations so you won't have to walk in and take your chances like I did.
