Take your time to explore the parks along the way. They often have performances or activities happening, which I found really enjoyable and it’s a great way to soak in the culture!

I suggest wearing comfortable shoes since the park has some steep areas. A little walking is part of the fun, but you want to enjoy it, not struggle!

Take advantage of the free Wi-Fi in the park to check out some interesting facts about the place while you're there. It makes for a more engaging visit!

I recommend visiting Upland Park around sunset. The views of Baku and the Flame Towers lighting up are stunning. Bring a camera for some epic shots.

if you plan on hiking, bring your own snacks and water. i ended up spending way too much at the park's little cafe. the trails are beautiful, and you'll want energy to explore without overspending.

My advice is to take a small boat tour if you can! It’s surprisingly cheap and gives you a unique perspective of the area. I skipped it the first time, and I totally missed out on some awesome views!
