I suggest bringing snacks and drinks along. The prices at nearby shacks are a bit high, and you'll want some energy for all that pig swimming! I did this, and it saved me a few bucks.

I recommend visiting Pig Beach on a weekday, preferably around 10 AM. It's way less crowded then, and you can enjoy the pigs without feeling rushed. I went on a Saturday and it was packed!
