Victory Park
If possible, try visiting on a weekday to avoid large crowds. I went on a Saturday and it was packed, which made it tough to enjoy everything fully.
Don’t forget to bring a picnic! I wished I had packed some snacks because the food options inside can be a bit pricier than expected.
Central Children's Park
Pack a small bag with water and sunscreen. There aren’t many places to buy these inside, and it can get really hot, especially in summer.
Don’t miss the charming little train ride! It's a fun experience for kids and offers a little break for parents too. Plus, it's pretty inexpensive!
I suggest visiting during the weekdays if you can. The weekends can get super crowded, and you’ll have way more space to enjoy the rides and attractions.
Loshitsa Estate and Park Complex
Take your time to wander. There are hidden spots and cozy benches everywhere, perfect for a peaceful moment away from the hustle of the city. I discovered a lovely fountain by just strolling around.
Bring a picnic! The park is perfect for it, and there are great spots to relax. Enjoying lunch with the lush scenery was a highlight for me.
Don't skip the estate itself! The architecture and the small museum inside are really interesting. I wish I had allotted more time to explore inside instead of rushing through it.
Narochansky National Park
I suggest bringing your own snacks and water, as the prices at the park’s cafes can be a bit high. I packed some sandwiches and saved a good chunk of money, plus it was nice to picnic by the lake.
