If you can, go for the sunset tour! The views at that time are absolutely stunning and totally worth the extra cost.

Make sure to wear comfy pants and good boots; you'll be on horseback for a while. I wore jeans and regretted it halfway through the ride!

Check out some local restaurants after your tour; the food around Tupiza is super cheap and delicious! I found a place that served amazing empanadas for next to nothing.

I highly recommend bringing some snacks and water for the ride; it gets long and you don't want to run out. I did and it made my day way better!
