I suggest bringing plenty of water and snacks. There aren’t many places to buy food around, and hiking can get thirsty work!

Bring a good pair of binoculars! You'll want them for the wildlife sightings. I borrowed some from a friend and regretted not having my own for those close encounters with elephants and lions.

I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. The prices at the park's shops can be a bit steep and you don’t want to miss out on that perfect wildlife moment because you're waiting in line for overpriced water. Trust me I learned the hard way!
