Watch the tides! Some areas are shallow and great for swimming during high tide but not so much during low. I didn’t check and ended up walking a lot further!

I recommend getting to the beach by 8 AM before it gets too hot and packed. You'll have the best sunrise views and some peace for swimming.

Bring some snacks and drinks to the beach to avoid overpriced stalls. I found a lovely spot on the sand, but the food prices were a bit high

My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. The beach vendors are pricey, and having your own stuff helped me save some cash and enjoy a longer beach day!
