CN Tower

Check out the 360 Restaurant for a meal, but be ready to splurge a bit. I found the food great, but you can save money by just visiting the observation deck first.
BATL Axe Throwing

My advice is to wear comfy clothes and closed-toed shoes. Trust me, you don’t want to be worried about your shoes while throwing axes!

I suggest trying to get a group discount if you’re going with friends. We saved some bucks by doing that, and it made it even more fun getting competitive!
Blue Mountain Resort

Utilize the shuttle services if you're staying nearby; it's so convenient and saves on parking fees. I didn't realize this at first and ended up paying a parking fee when I could've just hopped on a shuttle!

My advice is to rent your gear off-site. It was so much cheaper for me than renting right at the resort. Plus, they had better options to choose from, making it easy to find what I liked.
Grab your meals at local diners instead of the resort's restaurants. I found some fantastic, affordable places just a short walk away, and the food was way better than the overpriced resort fare.

I suggest grabbing lunch at one of the food trucks instead of the sit-down places. The food is just as good and way cheaper! I had a great BBQ sandwich that filled me up without breaking the bank.
Scotiabank Arena
Niagara Speedway Go Karts

plan to stay for at least 2-3 hours if you want to do multiple races. i tried to squeeze it into an hour and ended up wishing i had more time!

If you can, visit during the weekdays, especially in the morning; you’ll avoid the crowds and spend less time waiting. I went on a Saturday, and it was packed!

Don’t forget to wear closed-toe shoes; I saw some people turned away for wearing flip-flops. Trust me, you’ll want to be comfortable while racing!

If racing for the first time, I suggest doing some practice laps before hitting the fast lane. They let you have fun, but you'll want a little warm-up!
Niagara Speedway

Bring your own gloves. You can rent them there, but it’s a bit pricey and actually kinda dirty. My advice is, better safe than sorry!

Check the weather beforehand. It was a bit rainy when we went, which makes the track a lot more slippery and unpredictable. I think I preferred the sunny days for more fun!

I suggest going on a weekday if you can. We went on Saturday and the lines were super long. We wasted a lot of time just waiting to get onto the track.

If you have a GoPro or something similar, take it with you! I didn’t, and I regretted not capturing the experience while racing – the track is a blast!
Target Sports Canada

I suggest booking your shooting session online to avoid waiting around when you get there. Trust me, the lines can get long on weekends!

Check out the package deals if you plan to shoot a lot. I saved some bucks that way instead of paying per gun each time.
Canadian Wonderland
Andy Myers Lodge

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks, as the lodge's options can be a bit pricey. It saved me a chunk of cash and kept me fueled for the day!
If you can, try to go during the weekdays. The lodge is less crowded then and you can really soak in the serenity of the nature.
