Top Mountains in South Central China

I suggest checking the weather beforehand. It can change quickly, and I ended up missing out on the views because of sudden clouds blocking everything. Bring a light jacket just in case!

If you can, try to get there around 8 AM. The cable cars get super busy later in the day, and trust me, waiting in line for hours isn't fun!

Make sure to wear comfy shoes! I thought I could do this in sandals, but boy was I wrong – the hiking paths are no joke, and you'll want to enjoy them!

Don’t forget to bring snacks! The food options up there can be a bit pricey and not the greatest. I wish I had packed some more goodies.

My advice is to invest in a multi-day pass instead of a single day ticket. It might seem like a splurge at first, but you'll have more time to explore and enjoy the sights at your own pace.

One thing I learned the hard way is to make sure you have cash on hand. A lot of smaller restaurants and shops don't accept credit cards, so it's best to carry some local currency with you.
