My advice is to bring some snacks. The food options there are limited and can get pricey, so a little something in your bag can really come in handy.
If you can go in the morning right when they open at 9 am. It’s way less crowded and you can enjoy the exhibits at your own pace.
I suggest checking the schedule for the feeding times of the animals; it’s a great show and you'll get to see them up close.
I think visiting during the week is better. The weekends can be super busy, and you might end up waiting in line for a long time

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because you'll be walking around a lot. I regretted my choice of flip-flops after a couple of hours there!
Check out the feeding sessions for the sea lions! It’s super entertaining and you can learn a lot; they schedule them, so plan your visit accordingly.
