Trakoshchan Museum
Art Pavilion in Zagreb
I recommend checking the exhibition schedule before you go, so you don't miss out on something special. They sometimes have temporary exhibitions that are really cool.

I think it’s best to go early in the morning, like around 10 AM, to avoid crowds. The peace makes it way better for soaking in the art.

I suggest checking the opening hours in advance. I was caught off guard once because they closed earlier than expected on a holiday!

Don’t forget to visit the lovely park nearby after – it’s a great spot to relax and take some pics. Just be ready for a bit of walking!
Lauba
Technical Museum

I suggest arriving just before noon, like around 11:45 AM, because the crowds start to thicken after that. You’ll have a better experience viewing exhibits with fewer people around.

I think the best part of the museum is the interactive exhibits! Make sure to spend time at those, but also remember to read the info panels for some fun facts.
Museum of Divorces
Croatian Society of Fine Artists

If you’re looking to buy art or prints, check out their shop! I found some unique items that were reasonably priced, way better than the usual tourist traps.

If you're keen on art, spend a bit more time exploring the little nooks and corners—the details often surprise you and add to the experience.
Modern Gallery

I recommend visiting on a Wednesday when the entrance fee is lower. It saved me a few kunas and I had much more room to enjoy the art without the crowd.
