I recommend going early, like around 8 AM, to enjoy the park before it gets crowded. I went later and missed the peaceful morning vibes, plus it’s cooler for a stroll.

I think visiting during the week, especially around 10 am, is way better. It gets super crowded on weekends and holidays, so you can enjoy the park more and take awesome pics without the giant crowds.
