I definitely recommend wearing water shoes or flip-flops. They will keep your feet safe from any rough surfaces while you’re bouncing around, trust me, it makes a big diff.

Bring a spare change of cloths! You will get soaked, and trust me, wearing your soggy clothes on the way home isn’t fun at all. I wish I had thought of that!

I recommend booking your session online ahead of time. It saved me a lot of waiting and I got a better deal than just walking in. Plus, weekends get pretty packed!
