Petanque & Shuffleboard Bar
I recommend trying to learn a few basic rules of petanque online before you go; it made jumping into the game a lot more fun and less confusing for me.
If you plan to go on a weekend, definitely book your spot in advance; it gets packed fast, and I ended up waiting for a while before I got a chance to play.
Tivoli Park
Pub & Sport
If you're not a big billiards player, you might enjoy the vibe at the bar area—it can get crowded but there's always a lively atmosphere to soak up
Look out for live sports events on their schedule; the energy is electric when it's game time plus you might meet fellow fans from around the world!
Amusement park Direchavsbacken
Faelledparken Skatepark
Pool Pub
My advice is to try the local beers on tap. I thought I’d save money by going for the usual brands but the locals know their drinks—worth every crown!
I suggest asking the staff for tips on strategies while playing billiards. They're super chill and gave us some cool advice that really improved our game (I didn’t expect that!).
I think it’s a good idea to bring some cash. Not all places take cards, and I got caught off guard at the bar when I tried to pay with a card for a drink!
Amager Bakke
Social Corner
If you're planning to play for a few hours, I suggest bringing a couple of your favorite games along. It's a great way to share what you love, plus you might find some new friends that way!
My advice is to get there around 4 PM on a weekday. It’s quieter then and you can pick your favorite game without waiting too long. The weekends can be super crowded!
XJump
Kopenhamns skyttecenter
My advice is to visit on a weekday, like Tuesday or Wednesday. It was way less crowded when I went, and I got more personal attention from the staff
I recommend to book your session online a few days in advance. It can fill up fast, and I didn’t expect it to be so popular. Makes it easier and saves time at the counter!
